Overview
While Supermove strives to help all companies go paperless, we understand some customers may only work from paper. With that in mind, we have a simple process to help generate and print your documents when needed.
Accessing Documents
From the Project page, start by navigating to the Documents tab on the right-hand toolbar:
Generating a Document for Printing
1. Start by clicking on the Documents icon on the right-hand toolbar on the Project Page
2. Click on the blue "+" button and select Add new document
3. Select the relevant job and search for Confirmation Letter (may be named differently based on your account setup), then select the Document
5. Now Generate the template
6. This newly generated document will now be listed under the Incomplete section where it can be Printed
7. Once the document opens, the document can be Printed or Downloaded
