Overview
If a mover leaves a job early, you may need to adjust the rates and related billing variables. This article covers:
- Adjusting Hours from Office App
- Adjusting Hours from Crew App
Adjusting Hours Worked Rates from the Office App
1. From the job page, navigate to the Billing section and click Edit Billing then on Edit Billing Values
2. Scroll down to the Job Information section. Here, you can adjust the # of Movers
3. Click Save
4. The hourly rate will now adjust to the new number of movers
5. To bill for the hours worked by the 4th mover who left early, add a custom item to the bill. Start by selecting Edit and Add items from Library
6. Now scroll down and select Add a Custom Item
7. Choose Hourly Rate or Flat Rate, enter a description, and enter the quantity and price
8. Click Confirm
9. The bill will now reflect the hours worked by the full-day movers, as well as the hours worked by the 4th mover
Adjusting Hours Worked Rates from the Crew App
1. To make these bill adjustments from the Crew App, click Edit from the Finalize Bill and Supplies page
2. Adjust the rates by clicking the pencil icon next to the item and click Edit to update the name and price
3. Click Save
4. To bill for the hours worked by the 4th mover who left early, add a custom item to the bill. Start by selecting Add a Custom Item
5. Choose Hourly Rate or Flat Rate, enter a description, and enter the quantity and price
6. Click "Save"
7. The bill will now reflect the hours worked by the full-day movers, as well as the hours worked by the 4th mover
