Overview
Users can now add Bill Templates to an existing invoice either at the project or job level. This article will explain the difference between a job-level bill and a project-level bill.
Project vs Job level bill
These can be easily distinguished by checking if the project number is on the template. Below you can see the Job Level bill has the Project Number and Job Number. The Project-level bill only has the Name of the template.
Job level bills are your most common bill type since these are typically used on all move types, except Long Distance moves. LD moves use project-level bills like the one shown above.
Steps
1. Go to a Project
2. Go to the Invoice or Billing Tab
3. Click on Add bill then on Select Bill template.
4. Choose if this is a Job or Project level bill.
5. Choose your desired bill template
6. Click Add
