Overview
This article is intended to outline how to advance a job from Report Not Final status to Report Final status. Report Final status helps confirm the following factors have been done:
- Job is completed
- Timesheet is submitted
- Balance due is $0
Please note, the Report Not Final and Report Final status have no impact on your customer's experience, this function is only for internal tracking and visibility purposes.
Steps to Follow
1. Please start by confirming the job is completed and accurately showing Report Not Final status. It will look something like this --
2. Now check that the job has a Balance Due of $0. If there is any Balance Due you will not be able to proceed to the next steps
- Example of Balance Due (cannot move forward)
- Example of no Balance Due (can move forward)
3. After the above steps have been completed, please head to the Timesheets section on the Job Page and then select Actions > Edit Report
4. Select to mark the report Finalized
5. Congrats! You've completed all steps and should now see the job showing as Report Final
