What is a Billing Library
A billing library holds the Billing items associated to the account or specific Projects. It stores all billing information from templates, to rules, to formulas on the backend
Typically, there's a Default Billing Library that most customers use, however, there are cases where customers have more complicated Billing setups and require multiple billing libraries on hand to meet their needs.
