Billable Hours Report

Summary of the Changes

We've developed a new report that displays billable hours versus non-billable hours within a specified time frame. This report provides insights into how efficiently a company is utilizing its crew members compared to the payroll expenses incurred.

Billable vs Non-Billable Hours

At the top of the report, we have a chart to show the weekly/monthly/yearly percent of billable hours. This takes the total amount of hours billed to the customer and divides by the total amount of crew hours recorded. If the number is under 100%, then they are paying out for more hours than they are billing for. If the number is over 100%, then they are collecting more for the hours than the movers are working.

The bottom table is the raw view into the data showing all of the billable hours per job and the total number of crew hours recorded per mover and per job.
