Overview
The Moves Invoices dashboard provides visibility on invoices from all your projects within Supermove. You can filter for specific timeframes, types of projects, the status of those projects, and the status of the invoices themselves:
The following information serves as a guide to better navigate and use this dashboard.
Filter Criteria
The top header of the Moves Invoices report displays the following filter criteria:
- Invoice Date Range
Use this to edit and adjust the Invoice timeframe of your results - Date Window
This selection will adjust whether the tables and graphs will depict information on a Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly view - Invoice Status
To filter by a specific Invoice status, select all desired statuses from the dropdown. For example, you can narrow your results to only display Unpaid invoices or Overdue ones. - Payment Status
This field allows you to retrieve results based on the payment value of your invoices: Unpaid,Partial Payment, Fully Paid, or Overpaid - Branch
If you have multiple branches associated with your account, you can select the specific sub-company you wish you view data for. By default, all sub-companies are included in the report. - Project Type
To filter by a specific project type, select the Project Types field and choose which types you wish to view. Multiple project types can be selected. By default, all project types are displayed. - Project Tags
This is where you can filter and retrieve results for projects based on any existing Tags you have applied on them
Data Visualization
As you navigate further down the page, you'll see a few different charges visualizing your data:
While the charts will visualize your data based on the invoice status by default, you can toggle and adjust the metric using the dropdown menu in the top righthand corner.
Itemized Breakdown of Results
The last table at the bottom of the Moves Invoices dashboard presents an itemized breakdown of your results. This table will list out the specific customer name, invoice ID, move data, and project revenue as seen here:
In addition, you can click the download icon in the top righthand corner of the table to export the itemized list as either a PDF or CSV file.
Modifying the Data Presented
In the top-righthand corner of the itemized table, there is a gear icon where you can modify the fields displayed:
By clicking into those dropdown menus, you can customize and input additional columns in your results. For example, you'll notice you can include information regarding the Invoice Payment Terms and Customer Email, which will update the results immediately
