Overview
The Sales Performance Report provides an overview of your business development pipeline. How successful is your company at converting a potential customer and turning them into an actual move on your calendar? The report itself is broken down into a number of different tables and charts. Please see below to understand more.
Filter Criteria
The top header of the Sales Performance report displays the following filter criteria:
- Project Created Date Range
Use this to edit and adjust the results based on the date in which the project was created in Supermove - Salesperson
Used to adjust and filter which Salesperson you want to view. Multiple Salespeople can be selected - Branch
If you have multiple branches associated with your account, you can select the specific sub-company you wish you view data for. By default, all sub-companies are included in the report. - Project Type
To filter by a specific project type, select the Project Types field and choose which types you wish to view. Multiple project types can be selected. By default, all project types are displayed. - Project Tags
This is where you can filter and retrieve results for projects based on any existing Tags you have applied on them
Visualizing the Data
The report provides you with a handful of different charts and graphs. They are as follows:
Project Status
This pie chart depicts the number of jobs that have that particular status for the date period you've selected
Sales Leaderboard
This table displays your salesperson and indicates the number of jobs they've created in Supermove and the total expected revenue for those jobs within the date period you've selected. By clicking the carrot icon next to their name, you can then see a further breakdown of the individual project statuses.
Project Status by Salesperson
This bar graph lists each salesperson in their own row. The colored bars represent the number of projects that salesperson is responsible for within a given status. For example, you can see how many completed moves a specific salesperson has overseen within a given period of time.
Sales Funnel
Provides a visual journey of all the Sales events that took place for your jobs in a given period of time. In the example above, we see that 151 projects were created, of which 94 had triggered a Quote to the customer. Eventually, 86 of those original 151 projects were converted to a fully confirmed job on the calendar.
Sales Funnel by Salesperson
This chart depicts the Salesperson Data is a collapsible list displaying the salesperson name, total of project closed amount, and the count of projects. By expanding the salesperson’s name, you can see the sales status for all of those projects. The sales statuses are Booked, Canceled, Completed, or Lead. If you want to know the specific projects within each sales status, simply expand the status to see the project numbers.
