Overview

QuickBooks Desktop

Summary

QuickBooks Online

It is a cloud-based solution accessible through a web browser or mobile app. Users can access their data from anywhere with an internet connection. Data is stored securely in the cloud.

• Subscription-based pricing model with ongoing updates and support

Purpose of Integration

As a Supermove user, you have the ability to take information from Supermove and seamlessly export it directly into a Quickbooks account for bookkeeping and financial purposes.

For any job, the following data can be sent from Supermove to Quickbooks:

• Customer Name
• Customer Email
• Customer Phone Number
• Origin Address
• Bill Item Names
• Bill Item Quantities
• Bill Item Prices
• Total Charges
• Supermove Invoice Number
• Payment

This exported data would take the form of an invoice in Quickbooks that looks something like this:
