Purpose of Integration
As a Supermove user, you have the ability to take information from Supermove and seamlessly export it directly into a Quickbooks account for bookkeeping and financial purposes.
For any job, the following data can be sent from Supermove to Quickbooks:
- Customer Name
- Customer Email
- Customer Phone Number
- Origin Address
- Bill Item Names
- Bill Item Quantities
- Bill Item Prices
- Total Charges
- Supermove Invoice Number
- Payment
This exported data would take the form of an invoice in Quickbooks that looks something like this:
