Overview
Your Crew App tablet experience allows your movers to trigger and access Move Day documents for the customer to sign. Typically, documents in Supermove fall into one of two categories: Required Documents and Optional Documents. For an understanding on the differences between these types of documents and how they look within the Crew App itself, please see below.
Required Crew App Documents
These documents are mandatory -- no matter the situation or circumstance, you need your customer to complete and fill out these types of forms. For example, you may have a Bill of Lading that you require your customers to sign for your moves. In these situations, your Supermove can be customized so that those essential forms can automatically be triggered and displayed on the tablet either at the beginning of the move, the middle, or at the end.
Please see the video below for an example of the Bill of Lading automatically displaying during the pre-move process on the tablet:
Optional Crew App Documents
You may also maintain documents that are used on a case by case basis for the customer to review and sign. For example, you may have a pre-existing damage form or a media release form. Not only are these documents used in special circumstances, they may also be presented at different points during the move. These documents will exist as Optional Documents. By configuring these as optional forms, your crew members can access and present at any point during a move by navigating to the Actions button in the top-right hand corner on the Crew App as seen here:
