Overview
With your Supermove account, you have the ability to create and connect a Stripe account to process credit card transactions directly within Supermove. The full benefits of integrating a Supermove account with Stripe are as follows:
- Allowing customers to directly make credit card payment within the Supermove Crew tablet app upon job completion
- Enabling office staff to process credit card payments within the Supermove Office app
- Providing you the ability to receive and process pre-move credit card deposits from your customers
- Providing you the ability to save and maintain customer credit card information to charge at a later time (e.g. customer cancellation fee)
Please note:
- Stripe is the sole credit card partner with Supermove at this time. If you prefer to use a different credit card processor, you and your staff would be able to indicate in Supermove that a credit card transaction was made, but the actual transaction would need to be entered-in and processed in your other credit card platform.
- The Supermove & Stripe integration only allows for 1 Stripe account to be synced within the platform
Fees: Stripe charges a 2.9% + $0.30 fee for every credit card transaction.
Connecting Your Stripe Account to Supermove
Once you have a Stripe account and are ready to integrate it with Supermove, please follow these steps:
- Log-in to your Supermove Office app account
- Go to Settings
- Click View/Edit Company Settings
- Click Payments
- Click the Connect to Stripe button
Validating a Brand New Stripe Account
If you have a brand, new Stripe account, Stripe will apply a 14-day hold by default before distributing funds into your account. To accelerate this process, it is recommended that you trigger a small transaction (~$1.00) on your account so that the 14-day timer is initiated before you start collecting real customer transactions.
Once you have connected your Stripe account to Supermove, you can then trigger a $1 payment within Supermove by following these steps:
- Go to the Supermove app
- Create a practice/training job
- On the Project page, scroll to the Invoice tab
- Click on the three dots next to the Invoice section and select Charge Credit Card from the dropdown menu
- A pop-up window will emerge. Enter the credit card information under Payment Method
- Once you have entered in the credit card, you can then process a $1.00 transaction that looks like this

Upon completion of a move, your crew members can collect credit card information and process transactions within the Supermove Crew app due to your Stripe integration. If your customer intends to pay via your Stripe credit card integration, they will select this button on the tablet to make payment:
Once they click that Credit Card - Pay Now button, the customer will be taken to this screen to enter their credit card information. Once submitted, the payment will be immediately processed.
Collecting Pre-Move Deposits using Your Stripe Integration
By connecting Stripe with Supermove, you have the ability to collect deposits from your customers when you send them a confirmation letter. The deposit form would display to your customer like so:
Once your customer has entered their credit information, the transaction will be immediately made and will display on Stripe and on the customer's Job Page.

Collecting Credit Card Information using Your Stripe Integration
By connecting Stripe with Supermove, you also have the ability to collect and save customer credit card information for future reference via a Cancellation Form when you send them a confirmation letter. The cancellation form would display to your customer like so:
Once your customer has entered their credit information, their card info will be immediately saved on Stripe and on the customer's Job Page.
