Steps to get in touch if Lost:
- If you do not have the lost Tablet's IMEI Number saved, please provide all other Tablet IMEI Numbers in your possession

- Our Support Team will do their best to provide the last known location of your device
Steps to get in touch if Broken:
- Locate the Tablet's IMEI Number
- Contact the Customer Support Team via email (help@supermove.com) or Live Chat, and share all relevant information
- Our Support Team will help troubleshoot the tablet (if possible) and/or provide steps to help return and exchange the device
