Purpose
This article is intended to help both Android and iOS users who are interested in adding Supermove Apps to their mobile devices and personally owned devices. Please note, this is only for users that do not utilize Supermove Tablets.
Android Phone or Tablet
Adding the Office App
- Start by opening the Google Chrome app and then navigate to app.supermove.co
- Click the three vertical dots near the top right-hand corner
- Select Add to Home screen
- Input a desired name for this bookmarked app and select Add
- All done! You should now see the bookmarked Office App as an application on your Home screen
Adding the Crew App
- Start by opening the Google Play Store on your device
- Search for Supermove in the Play Store
- Upon locating the Supermove Crew application, select Install on Device
- All done! You should now see the Crew App on your Home screen
iOS/Apple Phone or Tablet
Adding the Office App or Crew App
Note: Supermove is currently not available within the Apple Store. The process below will allow you to bookmark a website as an app for convenience and ease of use
- Start by opening the Safari app and then navigate to the desired Supermove product you wish to bookmark:
Office App: app.supermove.co
Crew App: crew.supermove.co - Tap the Share icon near the bottom
- Select Add to Homescreen
- Input a Name for your bookmark and select Add
- All done! Be sure to repeat this process for each application. If desired, hold the app icon to draft it to a new location. If you wish to delete this bookmark, tap and hold until the 'X' appears, then tap the 'X' icon.
Important: We've observed behavior with the iOS platform (iPad & iPhone) that force-refreshes these bookmarked website apps, when opened for a prolonged period. To avoid this behavior, we recommend Quitting all apps at the end of each day and refreshing the page whenever possible.
