in this article we will show you how to set up your Quote and Confirmation email, subsequently, we will also show you how to Skip the confirmation step if ever needed
Sending a Quote and Confirmation Email
1. From the Proposal Tab on the left-hand side, click on Send Proposal
2. This will give you the option to Send your customer a Quote/Confirmation email or Skip the Confirmation Step
3. Choosing either Send Quote or Confirmation will open up the Email Review Section
4. Depending on what you choose the corresponding email template and attachments will show up. To send the email click on the Blue button at the bottom of the email template
5. All done ~ You've successfully sent out your Quote or Confirmation!
