Overview
Canceling a project or removing a job retains key details like jobs, dates, revenue, and status, ensuring accurate reporting on booked, completed, and lost revenue. Tracking cancellation reasons also helps identify trends and reduce lost opportunities.

How to Configure Cancellation Reasons
To manage cancellation reasons, go to:
Settings → Projects → Cancellations
Here, you can create and customize a list of cancellation reasons for tracking lost revenue. While default options are provided, teams can modify them to ensure consistency in reporting when canceling a project.
How to Cancel a Project
Projects may be canceled due to delays, no response from the customer, pricing concerns, or other reasons. To cancel a project:
- Open the project.
- Go to Project Actions in the top menu.
- Select Cancel Project.
Providing a Cancellation Reason
When cancelling a project, a cancellation reason dropdown will appear. The user must select a reason from the predefined list. There is also an option to add additional details in a description box.

How to Remove a Job
Instead of canceling a full project, you can remove individual jobs for more flexibility.
To remove a job:
- Open the job within the project.
- Click Job Actions in the top menu.
- Select Remove Job.

View Cancelled Projects in the Projects List
Cancelled projects are now categorized under the Cancelled status in the Moves → Projects List page. This allows teams to easily track and reference previously canceled projects while maintaining organized records.

Warnings
⚠️ Removed jobs will no longer appear on the tablet or active job list. Be sure to verify before removing.
