Project Statuses per Step
There are 5 different Statuses a Project displays. Please see the breakdown below:
- Lead – The starting status for all new projects. If a quote is sent and agreed to, the project remains in this status until an Office User takes further action.
- Hold – Applied after a Confirmation is sent but before it is signed. Once the customer signs the Confirmation, the project automatically moves to the next status.
- Booked – Assigned once a Confirmation is completed or if the "Skip Confirmation" function is used.
- Complete – Indicates the move has been finished and all necessary requirements have been met.
- Cancelled – Used when an Office User cancels a project.
