Overview
All Supermove accounts are preconfigured with System Email Templates and System SMS Templates. These templates help streamline communication with customers at different stages of their moving journey. In this article, you will find a list of all the system templates available.

Each of these email templates serves a specific purpose, ensuring timely and relevant communication with customers. The placeholders in the subject lines dynamically pull in relevant details, such as customer names, move dates, and organization names, making messages more personalized and efficient.

Employee Phone Number Updated | Provide crew member link to schedule, after phone number is changed in Supermove |
Job Assigned | Inform crew members that a job was assigned |
Job Cancelled | Inform crew members that an assigned job was canceled |
Job Rescheduled | Inform crew members that an assigned job was rescheduled |
Job Unassigned | Inform crew members that an assigned job was unassigned |
New Employee Added | Provide crew members to access their schedule link after being added to Supermove |
Set Schedule Reminder | Remind crew members to set their schedules (sent weekly) |
Start Virtual Walkthrough | Provide the customer a link to perform a Virtual Walkthrough (Survey) from their phone |
Tracking Link for Customer | Provide the customer a live link to the crew's location while en route to the origin |
Virtual Walkthrough Completed | Inform the Office Team that a customer completed and submitted their Virtual Walkthrough (Survey) |
Warning: System Templates are the same across all Supermove accounts. However, due to unique setup and customization, some templates may not be in use or may be used differently based on individual account configurations.
