Overview
This article with cover the steps of sending an invoice to your customer. This step is ideally completed at the end of the job and requires confirming the invoice date, terms, invoice documents, and email templates to use when sending the invoice to your customers.
Sending an Invoice
To both Send and Resend an invoice, please follow the steps below
Steps:

Navigate to the Invoice section on the Move Project page

Click on 3 Dots Actions Menu

Click Send Invoice
- Enter Invoice Date and Payment Term
- Confirm the selected Invoice Template, Email Template, and Email Receipt Template are the correct ones and select Save & Send
- The invoice will now be updated to Scheduled
Viewing an Invoice
To view an invoice that has been sent out, please see the steps below
Steps:
- Navigate to the relevant Project Page and select Emails on the right Toolbar
- Locate the Invoice email and click on it
- Select the Press to View Link
- This link is exactly what your customer will see and the Invoice can be downloaded from here
