Overview
At Supermove, there are two options to connect Leads from your website to Supermove. This article is specific to the Move Request Form (Standard) and has the following Benefits & Limitations:
- Benefits: Ability to copy & paste form directly onto the website, Easy to set up with immediate connection, Full control and support from Supermove
- Limitations: Unable to customize information or fields on the form, Formatting is defaulted across all accounts, and cannot be adjusted

Helpful Information
- What is the Move Request Form? It's a default form that can be embedded directly on your side with little to no work!
- How does the Move Request Form work? After the form has been added to your website, customers can go to your website and enter a request for for a moving quote. This request goes straight into Supermove for your team to review!
- What does it look like? Please see the standard layout below:
- What happens after a lead is submitted on the form? Navigate over to the Leads tab and then the View Requests button on top to go through all of the submitted request form
Embeding the Move Request Form
Locating your Move Request Form Embed Link
1. Start by navigating to the Moves Calendar then to the Project tab
2. Now select View Requests in the upper right-hand side
3. Click on the Request Link button followed by Copy
Steps to Embed the Form
1. Start by locating and copying your Embed Form Link (steps outlined above)
2. Log in to your website's content management system (CMS) and ensure you have editing capabilities
3. Locate the desired page you want to add the Move Request Form to
4. Paste the copied Move Request Form Embed Link into your CMS editor where you want it to appear, then Save and Publish
Reviewing Leads
1. Start by navigating to the Moves Calendar then to the Project tab
2. Now select View Requests in the upper right-hand side
3. From this page, you can select and access any recently generated Leads as outlined below
4. Now select the Create Job for Request bottom to convert this customer from a Lead to a Job on your account
5. From here, please follow all standard processes to work with your customer and advance them to Booked
