Introducing Lead Export to Smart Moving

With the latest update, Copilot now supports exporting leads directly to Smart Moving. This integration allows companies to seamlessly transfer lead information from Copilot to Smart Moving, ensuring a smooth transition between platforms while maintaining a clear link between the lead in Copilot and the corresponding opportunity in Smart Moving.

Setting Up the Integration

Accessing Lead Exports in Company Settings

To enable this integration, navigate to Company Settings → Lead Exports in Copilot. A new integration option for Smart Moving is now available. Clicking this option will open a setup page where users can enter a Provider Key to establish the connection.

Obtaining and Entering the Provider Key

To activate the integration, companies must enable either the Your Website or Custom Lead Provider options in Smart Moving. Once enabled, they can retrieve the Provider Key from Smart Moving.

In Copilot, users simply enter the Provider Key, save the integration, and the setup is complete.

Exporting Leads from Call Details

Once the integration is set up, users can export lead information directly from the Call Details page. If a call contains lead details such as name and email, users will have the option to export the lead to Smart Moving, just as they can already export to Supermove.

After exporting, a link to the opportunity in Smart Moving will be saved for quick access, ensuring seamless lead management across platforms.
