Log-in to Copilot

Overview

With the latest release, we’ve made it easier for users to log into AI Sales Copilot. Previously, users were required to sign in using their phone number, which posed challenges for those using landlines or devices that do not receive text messages. This release introduces the ability to log in using an email address, providing more flexibility for users who may not have access to text messaging.

Using the Login Page

On the Copilot login page, users now have the option to enter either a phone number or email address. After entering their information, a login code will be sent either to the phone number via text message or to the email address, depending on the option chosen.

The code can then be entered on the next screen to complete the login process.

Email with Login Code

When a user opts to log in using an email address, they will receive the login code in their email inbox. The code can easily be copied from the email and pasted into Copilot, allowing quick and secure access.

This update makes logging into AI Sales Copilot more accessible by giving users the option to receive their login code via email, ensuring smoother access for all users.
