Overview:
This article is intended to cover how to remove or restrict both Office Users and Crew Members from accessing your Supermove account. Each has a slight difference in steps, so be sure to follow each accordingly
Steps to Remove an Office User
1. Click on the Settings section in the upper right
2. Navigate to the Staff tab and click on Office Staff & Admins
3. Click on the 3 dots next to the desired user name and then select Edit User
4. Once the Edit window opens, adjust the user from Active to Inactive and Submit
5. To fully remove this user navigate down to the Inactive section and click the 3 dots next to the desired user name again, then select Delete User
Steps to Remove a Crew Member
1. Click on the Settings section in the upper right
2. Navigate to the Crew Members tab and click on the 3 dots next to the desired user name and then select Remove
