Storage Invoices & Payments

Overview

We've made managing invoices on the Office App a breeze with our new, intuitive interface! Now, you can easily view, send, finalize, and export Storage invoices from a quick view.

In this article, we'll also cover how you can delete recorded (non-credit card) payments directly from the invoice view, allowing you to quickly correct errors or make adjustments.

Storage Invoices

When you click on an invoice on the Storage page, a panel will pop up on the right. This "View Invoice" panel shows the full invoice along with any payments made. You can easily access all actions for the invoice, such as sending, finalizing, and exporting, through the "Actions" dropdown.

Record & Delete Payment

Storage invoices are now fully interactive! You can take action on them directly. You can easily record payments while viewing an invoice, and if you make a mistake, you can safely delete recorded payments (excluding credit card payments) to fix any errors.
