Enroll Your Tablet in Supermove's Device Management Program

Overview

This article walks through the steps to enroll your personally purchased tablets into Supermove's default system. Please see below:

• Part 1: Restoring Your Tablet to its Factor Settings - Please follow these steps if you had your device enrolled in a previous management system, and need to reset it
• Part 2: Installing the Newest Security Package - Please follow these steps to enroll your tablet in the Supermove system. Note, you will no longer have control over general device management

Warning: This article is exclusive for personally owned and purchased Android devices. If using an iOS device, please reference our How to add Supermove Apps to your Device article

Part 1: Restoring Your Tablet to Its Factory Settings

1. Click the grey "Settings" icon app on the device

2. Scroll to the bottom and click the "About Tablet" button

3. Click the "Reset" button

4. Click "Factory Data Reset". Proceed with the reset.

Please note: This will wipe your device of pre-existing data. If you have any pictures, videos, or data on the device that you want to keep, please transfer those over before continuing with this step.

Your device will then commence its reset. Once your device has finished the reset, you can proceed with Part 2.

Part 2: Installing the Newest Package

1. Tap the Welcome screen 6-8 times (do not press the blue Start circle). Eventually, the tablet's camera will automatically appear

2. Hold the tablet up to your screen so that the following QR Code is displayed in view of the tablet's camera. When the tablet camera scans the image below, it will automatically start downloading the new security package

3. Connect to your local Wi-Fi network.

4. On the This device belongs to your organization screen, click "Next"

5. On the Set up your phone screen, click "Accept & Continue"

6. On the Your device isn't private screen, click "Next"

7. Begin Hexnode Enrollment

8. Toggle on all Hexnode permissions. They will turn green when toggled on. Click on all "Allow" pop-ups.

9. Once all Hexnode permissions are toggled on, click "Continue" on the Activate Samsung Knox screen.

10. Click "Agree" on the Samsung Knox Activation screen.

11. On the Google Services screen, click "More" and "Accept"

12. Select "I have read and agree to all of the above" and "Next"

13. On the Your Device is Ready to Go screen, click "Done"

14. Leave the tablet alone for approximately 10 minutes for it to finish configuring. You'll know when the tablet is ready when it looks like this.

Important: Please notify Supermove Support at [e-mail] once completed with this process -- if this step is missed you will likely experience Access Denied error messages while using your device
