Overview
This guide will show you how Crew Members can effortlessly manage their schedules using the Mover app, and how Office Users can manage all related settings
Steps to Schedule Your Movers
1. To start, please head to Settings and click on Staff
2. Now navigate to the Crew Members tab and select View Crew Schedules
3. From here the active/current weekly schedule for all crew members will show, click on Send Text
4. Now select Send
All done! Your Crew Member will receive an automated SMS from Supermove with their Mover App link
View for Crew Members
1. Crew members will receive a text message with a link to set their upcoming schedule
2. After clicking the link, movers can view their schedule for the next two weeks. By default, movers are marked as available, indicated by a green square
3. Movers can mark themselves unavailable on a given day by clicking the toggle under the date
4. Once movers complete their availability, the Movers Schedule in the Office App will reflect these updates
