Overview
Once your crew has completed their work at the job-site, you can provide them with the ability to collect and process payment. Please see the details below on that experience in the Crew App.
Finalizing the Bill
Your crews can edit, modify, and add-in the appropriate fees to the bill. A completed bill may look something like this:
At which point, your crew can click Next on the Crew App to proceed with collecting payment from the Customer
Customer Payment Methods
Your Supermove can be customized to support the most common payment methods you provide. Some of the most popular options include the following:
- Cash: customer clicks this option if they wish to hand physical cash
- Check: by clicking this option, the customer will be prompted with a new screen asking them to enter the last 4-digits of the check number. The customer will then be expected enter in the check number and hand over the payment to the crew member
- Credit Card - Pay Now: this option is only available if you have an integrated payment provider connected via your Supermove Office App account. By clicking this option, the customer will be prompted to enter in their credit card number. The Crew App will then process the transaction immediately
- External Credit Card: this option is used if you do not have an integrated payment provider connected via your Supermove Office App account. For an external credit card, the crew member is expected to exit the Crew App, click into the the Credit Card app you use on the tablet, process payment in that external app, and then return to the Crew App to finish the job
- Invoice - Pay Later: if the customer is not expected to make payment immediately, they can click this option. They will then receive an invoice later via email.
Prompting a Tip
If helpful, your Supermove experience can be configured to prompt your customers to leave a tip for your crews
