Overview
The Supermove platform gives you visibility to a handful of default reports and organizational metrics. Much of this information can be filtered and even downloaded for you to further analyze. This page provides a big-picture guide on the default reports, how to use them, and how your experience can be further customized.
Accessibility
The Reports feature is only visible to Office App users that have their Supermove Role listed as Admin - All Features Enabled. Users with the Supermove Role of Manager or Salesperson have the Reports feature hidden from their interface. If you'd like to adjust and update a user's permission to Admin, please go to Settings >> View/Edit Staff >> then click the Pencil icon next to a user's name and see a pop-up window that looks like this:
Global Report Explanations
Your Supermove experience comes with a handful of out-of-the-box reports for you to immediately use. Here are a few explanations and common applications for these reports:
Moves Revenue
The Moves Revenue dashboard provides visibility on the total revenue from your projects. You can filter for specific timeframes, types of projects, the status of those projects, and specific project tags.
In addition, your results can be retrieved and downloaded as a CSV or PDF file by clicking the download button in the top right-hand corner of the Projects table.
Sales Performance
This report helps track the flow and business development pipeline. How many new prospects are requesting jobs? How many of them are receiving a quote or confirmation letter from your team? And how many of those prospects ultimately become clients by agreeing, signing, and booking a job? This can help give you further insight on how successful your organization is at converting those potential clients into real ones who decide to do their business with you. The report can be filtered by particular timeframes and by salespeople
Payments
Need to monitor the flow of your earned revenue? The Payments report surfaces all transactions for your jobs in your Supermove account. You can filter by time period, project type, and payment type, while also gaining access to an itemized breakdown of each transaction.
Move Invoices
Particularly helpful if you conduct moves that are not Cash On Delivery, this report provides a spotlight on your accounts that have open balances. You can then use the tables listed on this report to navigate directly to those overdue jobs, follow up with the customer, and work on collecting the final payment.
Storage Invoices
If you offer storage services, you will gain access to this Storage Invoice report. Similar to the Move Invoices report, this dashboard will give you visibility on the statuses of your storage customers and their recurring invoices.
Customizing Reports
If you find that your Supermove experience can be further enhanced with more information and data, we can provide visibility to other metrics that can be accessed in your Reports tab. Some custom reports can include:
- Visibility on projects with unpaid balances
- Listing of supplies and materials sold and used on jobs
- Listing of specific customers with their emails and phone numbers for end-of-year outreach
- And much more!
